Progress 1: Goal 9

9 Maintain an efficient and healthy sleep schedule.

I will get used to routinely waking up at 6 AM. I will learn how to get quality sleep. I will listen to my body and sleep when I'm tired (therefore the hours of my sleep will vary). I will experiment with taking 30+ minute naps during the day to see if it affects the hours I sleep at night.

Aim: Waking up at 6 AM, feeling refreshed & alert when I wake up, and sleeping less hours overall (perhaps through the use of naps).
