I wish my buns were cinnamon...
Tell me that doesn't look delicious. I dare you. You can't. You totally can't. Because that up there is the most delicious cinnamon bun that ever graced the world. YOU CANNOT COMPARE.
My mom was in one of those moods today (PMS maybe?) and I felt rather bad because I hadn't really been the perfect daughter I usually am (cough) lately. And my brother wanted dessert along with mommy & daddy so I just complied and decided to make cinnamon buns.
I took me three hours.
Not continually since I had to wait for the dough to raise and stuff, but still. It was rewarding nonetheless, smelling the warm cinnamon scents wafting from the oven and pouring the icing (WHICH I ALSO MADE; SO PROUD OF THIS) over the soft and warm buns.
I am so proud of myself right now. So I just had to brag. And tell people. And show them pictures which makes them want to have some... but they can't. ::evil sadistic laughter here::
