Hi hi,
iamshadow's girl here. I've done a few tattoo designs before and would be happy to give something a go if you're interested.
I don't get my graphic's tablet pen until Monday but can do something after that.

I was trying to think of something that you could use for the 0 in 10. I think the Galifreyan circles or the fob watch could work. Fob watch would need to be simplified a bit but could look cool.
And the 4 from the scarf would look awesome.

http://kath-ballantyne.livejournal.com/495129.html is my art masterlist though it is woefully out of date I'm afraid.
I also did the header at http://tw-canvas.livejournal.com/

Anyway, let me know if you're interested.

Oooh, I really like the TARDIS in the header, and the scarf. The tatt is going to be black ink, no colours, and about 2 or 2.5 inches square.

I really like the idea of the simplified fob watch or Gallifreyan circles... that's wonderful! Now I'm Googling my head off looking for translators to create my name in Gallifreyan, but nothing looks right.

Ooooooh, I just had an awesome idea. Maybe these translators will be helpful after all. If I go for the fob watch, I can get my name on, as it's coming up quite plain. BRB, tormenting Dude with questions about tattoo.

I do have my tablet pen up and running. Sorry, I thought you meant you were going to get back to me after talking to Dude.

I wasn't at the computer today but I was scribbling on some paper.

Eeeeee, I'm very pleased! I particularly like the lower 4, and the third sonic away from it. I love that you found so many ampersands, BTW.

I've farted around with the translator myself and have a version of my initials that I like in Gallifreyan, and would love to have it on the pocket watch if possible:

And because I'm a clueless wonder, I forgot to show you the translator. Here's the link to the website.

Okay I've got the three pictures drawn on the computer and adjusted so that the print size is about the size you wanted the tats.

Did you pick an ampersand? Want me to draw one up or add bits of one of those to another etc?

Did you want any shading at all or just outlines?

Also I really should have talked about this earlier but do you think $30 is a fair price for the 3 images?
Also the images are at 300dpi. Would you like me to email the finished pictures to you?

I'm so pleased!

I do like one of the provided ampersands:
