Made crockpot chicken stew again last night, and it's a definite success with red-skinned potato and broccoli. I'm thinking I need to try this with pork or beef next, if I find reasonable cuts, and I may add some egg noodles at the end if I don't feel like potatoes again.
Ridiculous, how good this is. I'm taking the leftovers for lunch.
I'm calling it Foolproof Stew right now, but we'll see.
