Dear Internets:
I live in a very silly household.
Tonight, around 5PM, a discussion sprang up about whether or not
palmer_kun had any out-and-about business to do, because
sunlit_mists is the one who runs the vehicle around here, and she'd need a relatively compelling reason to drive, given the cost of gas, etc. Much debate was had. No decisive conclusion was reached. I wanted a take-and-bake pizza from the grocery store, and possibly other things I would know when I saw them. This was my plan for the evening.
Shortly, Alli suggested going to the States. Heh. The States has Jack in the Box, people. Alli and I quite like That Place.
In the space of two hours, it went from 'Diaz wants a cook-at-home pizza' to 'Alli wants to go cross-border for cheesecake at Jack in the Box, and oh yeah, we can get some grocery-type-things too'.
I spent $70 at Dollar Tree in Bellingham (dollar stores in the US are my downfall, they have tons more stuff than any Canadian dollar store, including frigging groceries), and then we went to That Place, where I discovered they have the Best Fish Sandwich Ever, so I brought two home.
And maybe we bought a lot of cheesecake to bring home too. Maybe. I'm not admitting anything.
