Random Update on The Mum: Have plans to see a movie on Wednesday, when I'll be on the non-vampire schedule. She is going online again (interest in the outside world is good) and watching TV that isn't exclusively movies and sitcoms. Knows something about Paris Hilton's recent life, even. Scary. Also, she mentioned needing to stock up on foodlike goods. So, her appetite is reviving. No more one-bowl-of-cereal days for a while, I hope.
Don't know what we'll see yet. 1408 or Evan Almighty, maybe? Probably EA, realistically. She's unlikely to be in the right frame of mind for a scary-type movie, even if it DOES look ten times more interesting than Steve Carell's newest silliness.
I like Carell, but I don't see EA being terribly gripping in any way. Meh. She's getting out of the house. It's definitely worth it.
