Enchanted Weekend
So, Christopher and I went to Enchanted Rock yesterday and had a FABULOUS day. We got up around 7am and got ready then around 815am we went to HEB by my house and picked up essentials. Then we were off. We stopped in Fredericksburg for coffee and scones before continuting up there. we got there a little after ten and just went after it. It was my first time to Enchanted Rock so it looked kinda small...Then i tried walking up it. It only took about twenty minutes to walk up to the top. The view was pretty awesome. We stopped and had a little picnic with nectarines and water, mmmhmmm, then walked down the other side. We went into a cave which was pretty cool. then went down and started walking all the way around Enchanted Rock. We took some really cool pictures of us lifting these HUGE bolders. Which reminds me, I went boldering. I was an original rock climber. it was pretty awesome.
Then when it got too hot and we were too tired, we left around 245pm. We went back to Fredericksburg for a little shopping and some Frappes. Then we came home, showered and collapesed on the couch for a good movie and quality snuggling time. Then we fell asleep.
I woke up this morning to Christopher hugging on me and covering me up. Then he made me french toast and coffee. Around 130pm we left to meet my Grandparents for lunch which was great. They just bought a new car. A Lexus...can you believe that? ahhh. Anyway, then we went to the new best buy by fiesta texas where Christopher bought his new Kameleon remote control that he is playing with now. in about an hour we're meeting Pam, Mike, Sherilee, Jordan, and Deon for dinner at California Pizza Kitchen.
This has been a wonderful weekend with the man I love. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
