In a world where Bush has yet to find Bin Ladin, can't enforce laws against spammers, and generally knows he's not even the brightest Bush in office right now (Jeb is but that's not hard being smarter than W)... how in the blue hell does he expect to enforce this one?
The paper this Act is written on would be better served if I used it to wipe my ass. It's not worth anything more and should go down the hopper anyway.
