It's the boring kroko doing boring, uneventful stuff. Can't say much more than work, random art, and buying videogames, though.
October
- I went to Furloween '06, but mostly kept to myself and my videogames, which were sadly passed over. Whee for anti-social kroko. :P I did have the pleasure to meet Kimberfox, who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. He was a kind fellow and I was happy to have met him.
November
- Waited in line at midnight launch night to get my prereserved Wii, which I have been enjoying since. And people said that we wouldn't need to reserve for a system that would number into the millions. :P Got and beat Zelda as well. A+++
December
- My parents let me get a new widescreen CRT SDTV for X-mas, I don't really care much for HDTVs, as they make non-HD sources lag when upscaling. It is nice to play IIDX Happy Sky and Zelda in widescreen, though. My sister, in her infinite generosity, gave me her PSP. At first she lent it to me so I can play Gradius Collection, which has gotten me hooked to the Gradius series indefinately. I have a cute Dandy wallpaper on the PSP, too.
January
- After hearing about Gamestop buying out Rhino Video Games (RIP), I quickly bought myself a Dreamcast, just for the hell of it. Personally, I don't see why it has a cult following. I already had Sonic Adventure 1 and 2, Ikaruga, Rez, and Space Channel 5 on other systems. XD Pretty much got it for Virtual On: Oratorio Tanagram. Hadn't touched it since those first few weeks. ^.^;;;
As for today, I was bored today, so I might as well tidy up things and take new photos of my lair.
Moved things around since I got the widescreen TV, and I finally filled out my shelves with old gaming systems. Also got new poster frames for the wall arts and a new computer chair.
