Candy Cane Joe-Joes

Christmas time is my favorite time of the year. I love cold weather and rain. I love peppermint everything, basically: Candy cane Joe-joes, Hershey's candy cane kisses, peppermint hot chocolate at Starbuck's (oddly, I'm not the hugest fan of candy canes themselves--I won't turn one down, but I prefer them crushed up inside of other stuff). I love buying gifts for other people. I especially love buying pretty gift wrap--presents from Tam must be the prettiest ones under the tree. I am also a tremendous holiday music freak. I even busted out my holiday music MP3s in July when I got all depressed. And day after Thanksgiving, can't nobody ride in my car without listening to "Donde Esta Santa Claus" both the Augie Rios and Guster versions, "Santa Baby" by the Carmen Electra-led PCD, "Green Christmas" by Barenaked Ladies, and "All I Want For Christmas Is You" by Mariah. I normally can't stand Mariah Carey, but what can I say? Christmas melts my cold, black heart.

- NewsRadio, Season 3 DVDs (I had these, but my brother ruined them last year & still hasn't replaced 'em)
- Cash Money (I'm a broke law student with bills to pay)
- Sephora gift certificates (I'm a broke law student who likes to buy make-up)
- Macy's gift certificates (I'm in the market for a new coat. Did I mention the broke student part?)
- A new coat (preferably gray and white houndstooth--said coat apparently doesn't exist anymore)
- A kick-ass crochet pattern book (no grandma patterns allowed!)
- An end to the WGA strike (so I can get more episodes of 30 Rock and Private Practice. Mmm...Tim Daly)
