i learned 3 things today.
1.perseverence goes a long way. and i love working out in the middle of the night
2.STAIRMASTER OWNS ALLL
3. i get the munchies like no other after a good workout

jeeez theres nothing like runnin yourself to the line between being dead and alive with exhaustion, coming home, going to sleep and waiting to do it all over again the next day :)
