Yuu, along with Michi, has done something Sei would have considered unforgivable no matter who they did it to--they tortured someone and then claimed he deserved it. The fact that it was Saburo--and Sei knows very well Saburo is pretty much incapable of fighting back--only makes it worse.
He wishes Yuu death, and nothing will change that.

Sei hated Miyoko! And...then he find out why Miyoko worked at Canaan. And insanely jealous as he is, he can't really bring himself to hate Miyoko for that. And then Miyoko was utter fail at trying to cheer him up, and honestly that was really adorable.

Sei doesn't give a shit anymore. Finding out about the torture means he won't try and find out why Kaito's crazy anymore, either. He doesn't owe him anything now. It doesn't matter.

Sei respects Alex as an artist, and a musician, and genuinely likes his work! But that's as far as it goes, and since Sei has no real interest in opening up further, even though Alex seems like a perfectly nice person, it'd be all on Alex to raise that s-link.
...Plus, the fact that he can hear everything is kind of awkward, please invest in a ball-gag.

...Sei doesn't like Paru. Even if he doesn't really hate Miyoko anymore, his opinion of Paru hasn't changed...and it didn't help that she tried to strip him, and didn't take no as an answer until he repeated it several times and damn near got violent over it.

Sei isn't sure what to think. He'd like to hate Maiko for having what he never did...but he can't. She's genuinely sweet and innocent...and that means he cannot open up to her completely. She doesn't need to know what he's really like.

In short, Nami terrifies Sei. He respects her enough to not fight her undressing him, and he's distinctly aware, Persona or not, that's a fight he'd never win anyway.

Sei likes kids, which makes things easier for Shiki, and then she tried to cheer him up on his birthay, which generally confused the hell out of him, but he appreciates that she tried.

Saburo is pretty much the only person in Raitou Sei trusts completely...and he's perfectly well aware that this is probably not the healthiest thing. But he can't help it--he's completely fallen for Saburo, and he won't let other people touch him.
He knows Saburo's likely to keep trying to flee, and he'll haul him back every single time. Saburo gets all of Sei's gentleness and patience, and around Saburo, Yutaka is a little bit more of the kind child he was a long time ago--a child who'd do anything for the happiness of the person he adored.

In a strange twist of fate, Yuki's despair on the riverside struck a chord with Sei--and he wasn't lying, when he said he owed the Idane family his life. He thinks Yuki has a long way to go, and while he personally doesn't believe in things like friendship, he thinks it'd be nice if Yuki can find and understanding with that friend he fought with.

Shino is weird. It'd been so long since Sei's seen her, that Sei had nearly forgotten about her sight...Now, however, he's just worried that she'll try and pet Saburo or something. Saburo may only bite Sei for it, but he'll be meaner to Shino, Sei's sure.

Sei...hates Mamoru. He hates that he has an uncle he never knew about, he hates that said uncle recognizes him for his father's looks, and he hates with the fiery passion of a thousand suns that he's been judged for the deeds of a man he never met. He knows Yoshida doesn't have the slightest idea what Sei's been through...and wouldn't even care. To Sei, that makes Yoshida the most disgusting excuse for family he has, and considering Sei's mother, that's...saying a lot.
