...*is not dumb so of course notices, but doesn't mind being on top at all, loves the play wrestling, and thinks what Daniel is doing for him is kinda sweet*

:just wants Paul to be able to get back out there sooner...and is following Landry's directions but that's beside the point:

*appreciates the first part but not the second; would not like feeling that no one trusts him to get better on his own, or that anyone thinks he's taking too long to recover*

:is why he doesn't want to tell Paul what Landry asked him to do: Hey, Paul? Would you mind getting this for me? :motions to a box of kitchen things: I need them in the garage. Somebody or other's church is having a rummage sale and I offered some of our old things.

*normally wouldn't bat an eye at the request, but as this one comes on top of a long list of "Paul, would you do this for me"s, it seems a bit odd; raises one eyebrow, inquiring* Are you feeling okay? Didn't strain anything, did you?

*concerned look* Again? *traces his fingers gently over the muscle in question* Want a massage later?

*smirks* I get to touch your naked body and oil will be involved. Of course I don't mind.

*can deal with the horny, but Daniel deserves to feel guilty for lying* Exactly. *smiles and leans in for a quick kiss, then picks up the box and takes it out to the garage, still favoring the right shoulder but easily able to lift it*

:smiles at how easily he can pick it up: Looks like your shoulder is getting better.

*nods, coming back into the other room* It still twinges a bit now and then, but yeah, definitely feels stronger. *smirks at him* Why, you testing me?

*so far just thinks it's Daniel's way of making sure he's doing okay, so smiles and pulls him close for a quick kiss* You just like treating me as a slave. I'm on to you, sir.
