Screwed.
So this is the joy of working for a non-profit. Having your hours dramatically reduced with no notice. I'm going from 30 hours to 20 hours. So i'm losing like 80 bucks a week. NOT GOOD! Especially since by getting 30 hours at this crap pay, i haven't been making ends meet. At first i thought maybe i'd "volunteer" to be laid off so that way the others could keep their hours, then i realized that though i FEEL like i'm always at work, i'm not technically full time (though just by a few hours) so i wouldn't get unemployment while i looked for a new job. So instead, my job search gets kicked into overdrive.
I'm so screwed.
