Iraqi elections, business trips
I've been on business trips for the past couple of weeks and was in an airport for a few hours when the election results started coming through.
I noticed that there were some people who greeted the news with obvious joy, and others who glanced at the TVs and then looked away.
Nowhere, however, was there the reaction I fully expected: disdain. You see, this wasn't just any airport I was in, it was Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris, France.
It wasn't until I arrived home and saw the MSM reaction that I encountered disdain.
