funny how it goes...
Thanks to those of you who expressed concern about the whole rooming situation in my previous post. The craziest thing happened. I finally wrote the email and the next day, she replies with: "duuuuude, I applied to live at the graduate housing and got in too!" which is great coz now we can be in the same dorm...but not like living in the same quad. hahahaha. just so crazy. Could this be considered good karma?? I'm not too sure how karma works... but I'd like to think so!
