i went and saw my apartment (noreen's too, of course)!!! it was cool. i'm so excited about shopping for things for it. noreen went to garage sales and she got some really great things for like unbelievably low low prices. so i am all stoked about this and i'm going garage sale hunting tomorrow since i have the day off! *sigh* i can imagine me not finding anything. (I HUNG UP A WIND CHIME ON OUR PORCH!!!!)
so woah gas prices are like freaking going way up. when i left for florida, they were much lower than they are now. i hate that.
yesterday was the worst day i've had at work. we are really understaffed and apparently it's like a budget thing or something. but i was working by myself and i mean who shops on a monday afternoon? let me tell you. EVERYONE. the phone was ringing off the hook, customers were EVERYWHERE, they wanted to throw shoes EVERYWHERE, and one of the managers came to me like an hour after i got there and a shipment had come in and they wanted me to unload all the cartons so i proceeded to do this for the next six hours and still there were like 18 boxes left. so i hated it. today was really much better though. bah, who cares about shoes? oh except there was this lady a couple isles away from me trying on shoes and had a bunch of boxes on the floor around her. she got up and said...ahhh it's just too much trouble to put them all back in the boxes.
kimi got a job. go her.
it seems amanda has posted pictures online and these include really hideous shots of yours truly. she should put them with kim's albums. she has an entire album of just terrible pictures of me. she finds this quite hilarious.
i happened to see part of jay leno tonight and he had johnny depp on there. he is quite fabulous. mm.
well i should be sleeping. don't want to miss the yard sales!!!
