Okay. It wasn't quite as bad as I feared.
I heard my bite was somewhat uneven which caused the whole bite on the left side to be focused on the two aching teeth. Which, in turn caused the root of the back molar to compress the nerve cluster going inside my jawbone. And it also causes the teeth that have been breaking to crack repeatedly. They fixed the small hole in one of the teeth and evened out the top sides of several teeth to give me a more even bite. This should allow all teeth participate in the chewing action. Which in turn should eliminate the problem. And because of my Crohn's Disease my mouth is too dry, which causes the enamel to dry and chip, causing corrosion. Not to mention the bacterial balance being off which causes infection in gums. I got some mouthwash that should help and some tips how to reduce the dryness.
Maybe my teeth aren't beyond repair after all... That would be a miracle. :D
It will take several sessions at the dentist to fix these holes and half-disintegrated teeth though, but that will be over a longer time.
I am relieved.
[EDIT] And forgot to renew my prescription/buy more painkillers. Darn. Oh, well. I still have some. The teeth should stop aching in a day or two. bought some more food, ibuprofen and ketoprofen. Should keep me going.
