(no subject)
I'm flying home tomorrow evening to spend one last weekend back home before I start work. Oh, work! I got a job as a deputy at the Sheriff's Department in Portsmouth. Woo! The pay's not bad, either. I'm rather excited. Anyway, as I'l be starting a new job, I doubt I'll be able to go home for quite some time. So, tomorrow evening, I'll drive my happy ass on over to the Norfolk airport for my 5:45 flight (after having said goodbye to Dave... he ships out again on Friday), make a stop in Atlanta, then land in Lafayette at like, 9:30 or so. Woo. I'll have to leave Sunday, so it won't be a long visit, but it's a SURPRISE visit. I haven't told my parents or any of my friends. Well, I haven't told my friends because I probably won't have time to see any of them. Ah well. There's always Christmas.
