I know I'll miss it when it's gone, but I have a bad feeling about Pop Concert this year. Especially for Serenade. Mr. Cleveland's losing his mind, he's making Chambers do a choir song which has potential to be cool, but he's also making Serenade do a choir song... which has NO potential. He was describing his "vision" to us today and it makes absolutely no sense. I've never felt so uncomfortable / embarrassed about a choir performance in my life. If anyone can explain to me the connection between "angels" and "cleaning ladies" PLEASE tell me. If any Serenaders are interested in making up more appropriate choreography, again, PLEASE tell me. I can see it working if we were all wearing white flowy dresses... but cleaning lady outfits?? I'm so frustrated I can't even explain. Cause god knows if you so much as *try* to tell him that his beloved visions aren't exactly working out for everyone, he'll go nuts. Any ideas, choir people? Write a letter? Facebook message? Confront him in person? Help... :(
