FOUR YEARS and counting....?
It's my fourth anniversary in my current job today. YEY! I can't believe that I am still here after 4 years (I stayed with a previous employer for six years though) because my second year here had been quite challenging. This was because of the change in boss, and of course, the way things are handled. We got so used to our previous boss' relaxed and fun atmosphere, and here comes a new boss that's known for being weird, strict and hard to please. What's more, the new boss is known to be someone who makes a small mistake into a big deal, and is not known to be concerned of her people. Why was she chosen to be the new boss you ask? Let's just say that she has been recommended by one of her former bosses that now holds a higher position in the management. But, let's not get into that anymore. So, going back, I'm still here and I'm celebrating my 4th year anniversary. I'm happy to still be here, and to still have a job, and enjoy the privileges of being a Kapamilya (part of the family). On another note however, I don't know if I have just been here for that long already that I am feeling that yearning to learn something new again, and thinking of looking for a new job because I don't feel that challenged anymore. Like what I have mentioned in my previous post, I feel that I have idle for too long already. With this attitude I think I really am part of the millenials. XD
