It is hot on this campus, let me tell you. Not to draw any Carlisle House-ers who may be reading this to my door (I will peek out to see who it is before allowing anyone in here) but I have been reduced to gym shorts and a sports bra. And I'm sweating. And there are few things worse.
Anyway, visited my cousins Theresa and Tony and their daughters, Nicole and Gabby, at their campsite at Little Drummer Boy down the road from school. We had dinner, went for a walk while the kids rode bikes and made s'mores =) It was very fun and I was given an endowment of the alcohols (as if we fucking needed any more!) from a friend of Theresa named Beth who I don't remember though she remembers braiding my hair when I was a wee one.
After getting back Cory went with me to watch one of the CHEERS skits starring everyone and my boyfriend for the Freshy orientation. I was so proud as my boyfriend let out, in a line of condom discussion, "I'm wearing one right now!!" He makes me laugh. Okay, I know he didn't write it. But his comedic timing was impeccable! (Dork.)
And so I think there is somewhat of a shindig at the fraternity tonight and I must admit, I'm looking forward to my first little party, even if we aren't boozing until dawn!
