hey kids. it's been an interesting couple of days
tonight was church. good times. there was a seminar about managing money and stuff. doesn't sound too "churchy" but I really learned a lot about how to take care of the stuff God's given us. I also need to learn how to save my money a bit better. it's pretty hard. but I don't think I'm a compulsive spender, so that's a good start.
after morning church, I went out to lunch with Megan, to East Side's. it was good. oh, I should go heat up some of my left-over pizza that cost me $1million. yeah. ouch
yesterday I had this family thing in Alma, which is a small town outside of Fergus, which is a town outside of Guelph. Random and Boring. it was a'ight until the annoying cousins showed up.
Kathryn = my 19-year-old cousin...the ditzy-est blonde girl in medical school...my arch-enemy since I was 3
Kathryn: So Diane, how's school?
Diane: I don't go to school.
Kathryn: oh...yeah...but like, last year, when you were in school...?
Diane: it was stupid...that's why I finished.
Kathryn: oh. well. where's your boyfriend?
Diane: I don't have one
Kathryn: I heard you did.
Diane: nope
Kathryn: (as my Grandpa walks up and sits next to her) I heard you did, and you got his name tattooed on your butt.
Diane: You're retarded. I'm gonna go talk to the guys now. (and I walked away)
