another update
Convention was awesome. I had a great time seeing my old friends and getting lots of hugs and thinking about things. I think I can honestly say that I, myself, have changed after this weekend. Things are going to be different.
The 35 Argyle was a bendy bus today. I have now been on a bendy bus. Twice in one day. I thought of Kady Ticknovich and smiled.
If I knew, 4 years ago, what I know now, life would never have been so complicated. But the old question of whether it is better to have "loved and lost" than to ever have "loved" at all begins to plague me. I used quotes because I would never ever say that I was in love, but the general idea of those romantic feelings is what I'm getting at. Would it be better for me to have missed out on all of that, or am I better off for it? I don't know, but I do know that I can't change any of it, so now I have to deal with the messes that I made and move on. But in moving on, I refuse to repeat those same mistakes.
This is the beginning of true happiness.
I'm not sure if this is the same list I did before, but I'm too lazy to check and too bored to let it go. so I'll do it again......
