Tamaki will be getting a love letter "written from Haruhi" with this photoshopped photo attached to it (lmfao what is my photoshop fail).
On the "love letter" there is also a fancy lovely dovey message about how time has stopped ('oh ~~Tamaki-senpai~~, my love for you is so strong that it can withstand time' or something to that affect |D). But really the Hitachiin have stopped all of Tamaki's clocks on purpose so that he'd miss their birthday.
It's okay, because tomorrow they'll offer him some leftover cake! Which will really be dog food cake, NOT THAT THEY'D TELL!!
