So it happened...
We had our baby shower on Saturday the 12th and we got a lot of things we wanted...including 2 carseats which I've been playing with and wonder if those were my best choices...I think we're exchanging one of them for a more expensive one...one that looks more comfortable. Mike also supposedly said that he and Karen had broken up...she wasn't at the shower. Today I saw him at her house to what seemed to look like packing. I don't know...maybe this time its legit.
I also think that my mucous plug has fallen out some which I'm hoping means that I'm starting to dilate....which means I could have the baby sometime soon. But its really retarded for me to say that because I only have about 25 days to go which will come in no time at all. Plus, it was just show, not bloody show which is more imminent that labor will soon be on its way. If its just show, it can be anywhere up to 4 weeks before it happens. Well, he'll be here soon enough and thank goodness we got the shower out of the way.
Now I'm just getting the room ready. I'm really hesitant to wash all the clothes we got cuz I'm a skeptic...what if he comes out a girl! Anyway...we're pretty okay for the material items...as for the parenting part...we will live and learn...
