Pineapple upside-down cheesecake. A bit rich for my tastes, but delicious nonetheless.
It's a short seminar day tomorrow, so my father and I are going to hit the green in the afternoon for a short round. So far, the topics have been interesting. Mainly new developments and medicines. I believe Thursday will have the surgical advancements.
