THESPIAN FESTIVAL!
kay so this past Friday and Saturday was michigan state thespian festival. and I LOVED every fcking minute of it. well, mostly. so now for the days. =]
Friday was sweet. I slept in an extra two hours, got up to Sterling at around 10ish, but Ms. B said that Cousino counted me as a skip. so then the busride there was pretty fun. sat next to Tori. we got there and watched two performances. then it was off to watch the start of the COMPETITIONS! everything I saw in medal categories was really good. our people did amazing. I'm proud of every one of them, and they have nothing to be ashamed of, at all. then it was dinner. back to competitions. the group musicals were awesome. and I was just awed by our people. I understood everything and they sustained their momentum throughout the entire thing. I really liked it and we definitely deserved that superior. =] Another two performances that night. they were okay. then bus ride home.
Saturday was sweet. we were like some of the first people there. and yeah. I went to two workshops with Grant. Directing and playwriting. the directing one was sweet. the playwriting, okay. after that was...lunch, I believe. more stuff to watch. afjleka. I got pissed off at Chris. yelling at me for no reason. my God. can you say jealous? honestly. it was pathetic how he was trying to keep Mike away from Nicole. I wanted to just yell at him to leave em the fck alone. and now for ..
