There are three days left for the kids of Millikan Middle School. While most people are sad over graduation, I am incredibly happy about it. I know I'll be going to different high schools than some of my friends, but I know that they aren't completely stepping out of my life. I will still remain friends with them, and if we drift apart, I'll know that it just simply wasn't meant to be. Middle school has taught me much more than I ever thought it could. In my three years at Millikan, I have completely grown up. When I first started going to school at millikan, I was just a immature 6th grader. Now I see that I am becoming more of an adult, personality wise. I hope Middle school has taught you a valuable lesson. Otherwise, it would be a pointless experience.
Next comes high school, which will teach us about love, life, and much more. I'm very excited to make new friends and make a fresh start and I know in my heart that the people I love will be by my side, helping and supporting me each step of the way.
So when you graduate, don't say goodbye. Because it really isn't goodbye at all. Your true friends aren't going anywhere. When you think about what I have just written, and I mean REALLY think about it, you will see that graduation is nothing to be sad about.

Thank You and Good Night
