i'm suprisingly happy to house clean over the holidays
On a one week holiday to clear my leave and because obsidianrain is on leave so I don't wanna go to work either.
Did a partial clean up of the house. I figure im going to spring clean room by room. It's good to chuck out stuff that you're just now using. I've also sorted out my recyclables and stuff that I can donate so thats a good feeling. I'm actually eager now to go through the rest of the house to start throwing away and packing away stuff that I'm just not using. They're taking up space and gathering dust after all.
I think I have to consider getting a small shelf for my books and magazines though. They're stacked very badly at the moment. And yet i'm also considering boxes so they don't gather as much dust and it'll be easier to move them when the time comes. Decisions decisions.
ps: I went to Kepong Jusco to do grocery shopping for the month (milo, milk n all that) and they've started selling CNY cookies and blasting CNY songs! Christmas is barely over! D: Where has the year gone?
