81. Blindsighted by Karin Slaughter. A while back I read the third book in this series and was a bit skeeved out by the violence; my experience with this one was no different. The flip side of this is that Slaughter is really good at character, and the violence is disturbing because it has consequences. I've decided that I like Slaughter's work, but I really don't recommend it for anyone who has problems with violence in their fiction.
