Here er some ideas for people learning English.
I'd like to share some links. I think it could be useful and I'll appreciate if you can add some more.
1. BBC learning English. http://www.bbc.co.uk/learningenglish/
I do like to parts - 6 Minutes Vocabulary og Words in news. You can read and listen to texts. Enjoy British English!
2. Coursera https://www.coursera.org/
It's an Internet site with different online courses you can take for free. All courses have subtiltles for better understanding.
I'm working now with to courses: the first one from the University of Michigan about intercultural communication and the other one from the University of Washington about public speaking.
So you have an opportunity to improve your English skills and learn some more about a topic you like or maybe find interesting. OBS! All courses are just in American English. I was a little bit sceptical in the begynning of these courses because the prononciation is very challenging to me. And I like mostly British English and I try to speak British English, but I liked topics and I'm thinking now that it's worth it. So I've changed my mind and I'm sharing this link with you as well. In addition you can learn defferences between American and British English.
I'm going to add some more in comments.
It was all for today.
Good luck!
