This was written for part of the fanfic100 claim, which is concidentally, Snape/Luna.
So, I thought I'd share here.

“What do you want?”
The girl at his office door smiled. “To give you a present, sir.”
His eyebrow rose. How had she known?
At his silence, she walked steadily into the room, shutting the door behind her.
Before he could be affronted at her nonchalance at disturbing his privacy, she stepped around the desk and encircled her arms around his back - from behind - in an awkward hug, pressing close enough he could feel pert breasts against his back…
He suddenly felt dizzy.
“What are you doing, Miss Lovegood?”
“No one should be lonely on their birthday.”
The arms tightened.
