I will be pissed if there isn't a public option for health care. What's Obama up to? He's more popular than beer at a picnic and he's still letting the GOP and Blue Dogs walk all over him. And for a constitutional scholar, the whole infinite detention and secrecy policies are inexcusable. Now's the time for boldness.

Eh, Philly is Sunoco-sponsored patriotic orgy all weekend, even with the fubar economy. Washington Square, Independence Hall, Penn's Landing for the fireworks.

The beach is already socked in. I couldn't go anywhere if I wanted to, unless I signal the Batcopter. I'm going to bike around the beach for most of the day, I usually sucker someone into joining me.
