Has anyone eaten kale or used it in cooking? I thought I'd give into the hype and buy it. This morning I decided to try and make Kale Chips, but when I opened it... I was not expecting the egg smell.
I've tried to look online and have learned that it's sulfiric releases which is causing that smell, but no definitive answer.
Is it supposed to smell that way or should I toss it?
