Update for EVERYONE
Hi Everyone!! It has been awhile since I updated. I've had a lot going on in my life.
1. My divorce was final on June 13th..YIPPIEEEEE
2. Work has been sucking
3. Sandra you asked about me and Jason, so I will start there.
Jason and I split up on May 6th for some stupid reason. He had a bad attitude due to some stress related stuff that was going on at work, I got sick of being pushed out of his life because he couldn't handle the stress from work and leave it there. He got to where he didn't want to come see me, he hardly talked to me and when we did talk, we fussed. So I called it quits on May 6th, well we both really called it quits. Well on May 13th I put him a card in the mail that simply said ...Just a simple note to let you know your friendship means so much and he called me the next day and we talked, well we talked the entire next week and I didn't see where things were looking like we were going to get back together, so on May 22nd I broke down and cried for the first time since May 6th and told him that it was time for me to close the book and move on with my life. That if he didn't want to work things out and couldn't get over his past and the past that had taken place with us, then I had to move on. I told him he could call me when he got ready to and we could be friends, but I was going to move on if we weren't going to date. On May 23rd he called me at work because I had asked him to get me some money out of my savings account, he called to let me know he had got my money and to let me know how much was in my savings account. I thanked him and asked him to put my money in the mail to me. About 20 minutes later he called me back and said..I want to talk to you, I said I'm listening, and he said I know and he didn't say anything. I said are you going to talk ? He said yeah, but I lost my words, he said can I meet with you and talk with you? I said of course you can, he said will you accept me back? I said you know I will, I had made plans to go to the beach on the 24th and I told him he was more than welcome to come go with me. So he called me the night of 23rd and we talked for a long time, and he did go with me to the beach on the 24th and we had a very good day, on the way back he asked if we could turn the radio off and talk. So I turned it off and he said Amanda I want to know what I need to do to be with you the rest of my life? I want to know what I can do to make you happy. I told him just show me love and be there for me and to love brice and be there for him. I told him that was all I asked other than don't shut me out of your life when things start going bad for you. Appreciate the fact I want to be there to be your helper and love you for who you are. We talked about things and got it all worked out. The last month has been nothing but GREAT. Of course we have had our difference, but nothing we haven't been able to talk about or work out.
We had a cruise booked before the break up, well that Friday when we split, he pretty much told me we weren't going to be talking anymore, so I waited a week and sold his ticket to a girl that works with me, well I'm not exactly sure what took place with her, but she stopped talking to me for the last 3 weeks. Well I tried to talk to her last week via im and she closed the window and wouldn't talk to me, so I didn't try anymore, well yesterday 6/20 I decided I'm gonna try to talk to her again, so I sent her a im that said Good morning Steph, she replied with hey. I asked her how she was, she said fine, what do you want. I told her nothing just to know how she was. I then asked her if she was still going on the cruise(she has only given me 100.00 on the ticket) and she said I'm not sure, I'm thinking about it. Well yesterday was my last day to make changes without the agent charging me, so I said to her, can you please let me know today so I don't have to pay to change the name on the ticket. She said I'm not going, I said thank you for letting me know. I'll get your money Friday. I'm really glad me and Jason worked things out and are going to be able to go ,but I was also looking forward to me and steph going, i know we would have had a good time.
Update about Brice, he has been a handful as usual. I love him very much, he is definitely exciting. Yesterday he decided he was going to ride his bike off my mom's front porch and she called me telling me she wasn't sure if he broke his arm or not, but after he showed her what he did she spanked him really hard. I told her that was good, I would have done the same thing. In the process of talking to her, taking Jason home, Bubba called, I told him what happened, would you believe he didn't have the nerve to say, do you need me to meet you at the hospital, do you need me to help with anything? Call me and let me know how he is doing or if you have to take him to the hospital, he just simply said I'll call him at your moms. So when he calls her he says can I speak with evil canivel....so therefore I'm sure he thinks its funny, well he better hope we don't have any more accidents like this that cost money, he is stuck with 60% of the bill now, so we'll see exactly how funny he thinks it is when he has to start paying hospital bills and doctor bills.
About that moron, our divorce was final Monday June 13th, he agreed to bring brice home to me on the weekends he has him, well this past weekend, i let him have Brice the entire weekend for fathers day, granted I only had to let him have him Sunday, but no I was nice told him he could have him the entire weekend and this is what I get in return, a call Sunday at 3:53 to tell me he won't have Brice home by 6:00 (even though the judge told him in court he is to have him back to me by 6:00), I called him back (he had left a msg) and told him that I needed Brice home by 6:00, we had plans, he said well I'm sorry, I won't have him there until about 7:00, I told him that was not acceptable and to let this be the last time he is late bringing him home or I will have him back in court for contempt to court. He said whatever amanda and hung up on me. Well he brought Brice home around 6:40, didn't even get out the car with the child or walk him to the door, sent him to the door by hisself and waited on me to open the door, then drove off, he is such a freaking moron.
I joined curves on May 23rd and as of last Thursday I had lost 2 1/2 inches in my chest, 2 in my waiste, 1 inch in my abdomen, 1/2 in my thighs and 1/2 in my hips. I go this Thursday 23rd for my one month measurements. I'm some what excited. I don't feel like I have lost any weight, one day I get on the scales, I'm down 5 pounds, he next day I'm up 5 pounds...don't know what is up with that.
I'm sure you all have heard about the Kershaw county child that got killed on Fathers day, that little boy (Sullivan) was on Brice's t-ball team this past season. He was such a cutie, and his mom and dad were such great people. His dad spent an awful lot of time with him and his little brother. When I walk in the afternoons, I walk by their house and every time I go by the dad and sometimes the mom is outside doing something with the boys, ALL the time. I feel so sorry for them, keep the family in your prayers. I can't even imagine what they are going thru.
Well this is about all that is going on in my life. Hope everyone is doing well. I'll try to post once a week so I don't have to post such long updates. I'm sure I'm pretty boring, but if you made it this far, bless you child..
