10 facts from me. in no particular order.
1. House is awesome. Jeremiah and I have been marathoning season 1. supah-cool.
2. my brother is super lame.He's not coming to my wedding, and stated so in a rude manner. I expected little else, still...
3. I'm looking for a dell power cord to borrow, if anyone has an extra they aren't using.
4. I had forgotten how much i enjoy reading for fun. I love classic literature, and always will, but it's incredibly enjoyable to pick up a bestseller and sweep through a good story. Me Talk Pretty One Day was good, and My Sister's Keeper is good so far.
5. I'm interested in borrowing someone's LOTR trilogy (quadrilogy?) , let me know if you would loan me yours. (i know some of you have it!)
6. Excited for the prospect of graduate school. I'm exhausted at the notion of more school, but it's what i really love to do. Plus UC Boulder offers a "bonus" cog science degree with every linguistics degree... not exactly for free, but for easy. Plus, boulder has everything i could want in a town, except you guys. And the view...
7. 2 weeks till my dress shows up
8. As well as TA-ing one of my favorite classes, one professor invited me to talk to her class about my special project!! It's exciting to become entrenched in a field and recognized for it. it also solidifies the fact that i made a right choice and that i'm good at something.
9. I love Iron and Wine. old news that bears repeating.
10. I am painfully addicted to caffiene. Today i realized the Irish Breakfast tea i bought was decaf, and suffered a 3.5 hour headache all through work. It was gone within 20 minutes of the first sip of real tea after getting home. An addiction i can live with for now.
