Decisions, decisions.....
Rawr maties!....I dunno.
I signed up for all but 1 of the classes I want to take in the fall. I wasn't able to sign up for that Japanese food class...yet. Dana said to keep trying over the summer and I'll eventually get in. I'm also meeting with my concentration advisor to declare my major and to make sure that the math classes I'm taking won't be conflictingly difficult. Like this semester.......ahem. Ooh! Did I mention I finished my physics minor? Well I did! Yay!
Only four more days of classes! so excited! So my mom sent me an email about getting an internship at Zurich. (you know that building my woodfield) I'm going to look into that. It would be better than having two part-time jobs. If I do get an internship there, I hope its paid, I will probably get a part-time job too. This is mainly due to the fact that I want to study abroad next year.
Originally the plan was to go to Tokyo. Michigan's Tokyo program is through the University of Tokyo! Todai! How amazing is that? ^^ The top university in Japan yo! But! I am going to declare a second major in french, so this changes things a bit.
The study abroad program to France is actually reserved for art history or PoliSci majors. OR you have to take a fluency test. This probably means that the classes would be taught in French, which I'm not ready for yet. Math is difficult enough. Math in French=infinitely worse.
I really miss France. Especially Strasbourg. I keep flashing back to it. I would love to live there. Really. I. Miss. France.
I wonder what Mr. Snyder would say about me majoring in French. ^^ He seemed impressed when I translated the french poems in the catacombs for the younger students.
