(no subject)
Hello all,
I just thought that you should all know that my grandfather passed away last night peacefully in his sleep at around 8:15pm. As of right now we are hoping that there will be a veiwing this Tuesday at the McDoogle & Brown Funeral home at Kingston and St. Clair, and the funeral will be the following day at St. Boniface Church which is all the way south on Markham road just past Eglington I think (21 Markham Road). I can give finalized details later if you wish.
As for me and the family, we are doing the best that we can. Some of my grandfather's last words were to not mourn his death, so it is helping us get through this hard time. I'm doing pretty well too, I was a little upset because my whole family was there with him in his bedroom while he died and I was the only one not there. I didn't get to say good bye personally, I was caught on the subway trying to get there. But I've come to realize its not my fault, it is no one's, these things just happen, and it would be selfish of me to want his to stay alive and suffer, just so I could say goodbye. He was a good man and loved his family more than anyone could ever have, and he knew exactly what I would have wanted to say to him anyway.
So if is seems like I've disappeared from the face of the planet and this is the first time hearing from me in a while, this is why. He was very sick before and we as a family were taking care of him. Also, this is my new email address, please keep in touch with me here.
