Do you ever feel trapped with a secret? My lips hurt from holding it in. I need to talk about it with my friends and I hate not being able to because they mean so much to me. I need their advice and yet I can't get it because I'm not supposed to talk to them about the thing i need advice on. This is killing me and my insides burn. What do I do

i know the feeling and i know it well! write it down. probablythe computer is best so u can easily delete it but write down what the secret is and EVERYTHING You feel about it. dont tell your friends if its something that is important to someone. if it is a good thing: freak out around you room listening to beck (hehe, wink wink) and dancing like him too! if its bad, get pissed off and type all of your feelings, even if you cant think of words to describe them then re-read it. let me know how it goes...

aahhh, thank you so much for the advice! the only problem about my "secret" is that i don't know whether its good or bad...haha, oh, well. i think that i over-think things too much and i've made it seem to be a much bigger problem than it is. oh, well. i think writing things down will really help. thank you!!! you're awesome. tara.
