Mutton dressed as lamb

Or something :P

So I'm doing a massive wardrobe switch over. It's been brewing for years.  I'm also planning to slowly wean George down to just a couple of feeds a day (rather than the several more than that he has right now) ... these two are related. For the last four years I've been pregnant or breastfeeding. And for a good six months or more before that was planning it. Everything I've bought in the last five years has been 'country friendly', elasticated, stretch fabric, breast feeding friendly, cheap.

I've started down the path towards forty. Yup, I'm 38 now. I'm getting the little silver hairs in  my hair line, my skin is losing it's... youth.  It's time I faced facts and stopped trying to wear stuff that was fine at 30 (especially if I looked a smidge younger) if pushing the boundary. My goth collection of vamp and fun needs a clean out, and my body shape has changed post pregnancy anyway.

So now I'm starting to stock up on Megan Salmon, Elk (not committed to this one yet though a lot of it is too grey, too colourless, too shapeless), dogstar etc. Mostly in greys and blacks... because that's who I am :)
