What can you do when you have so many thoughts and opinions that should be heard, but their is something holding you back from telling the world? Sometimes being a teenager really puts a damper on things. I want to tell so many different people so many things. I'm not talking about my friends or people I know. I'm talking about people everywhere that I've yet to meet or talk to. I was in church tonight and the Deacon was speaking. He told us kids to honor, res[ect, & obey our parents. I was thinking about that for a long time after he said that. I know that I have a good home so I can follow those rules, but what about those kids who don't live in such a great house? Those rules don't, or shouldn't apply to them. How can you honor, respect, & obey someone who has beaten you and your mother for the longest time? How can do all that to someone who ignores you? So many circumstances to so many homes all over the world. He also said some other stuff I didn't agree with like, "there are 3 things that hold a household together. 1) spending time together,2) showing affection (I agree with this one.)3) and parents should show a good example. That's not what holds a household together. Sometimes I wonder where they come up with this stuff. I'm glad the father wasn't saying this stuff. I also was thinking of how many people don't believe in God and should. Most say where is he? Do you have any proof? Honestly, if someone said they had proof do you truthfully think you'd believe them? I seriously want to know! I just can't understand how some people can believe an innocent is guilty, and not believe in God. What I mean is, did you see this person commit the crime? Were you there? If the answer is no and you whole bodily believe they are guilty, why can't you believe in God. You don't see him when he creates a miracle, you're not there, but you can still believe in him. I wanted to cry just thinking of Judgement day when Jesus will come down again and all those people who are anti-christ will be crying out for him to save them. It also really pissed me off that people were saying Happy Christmas and not Merry Christmas =(! My dad and I were watching the world news the other night (obviously) and they showed how stores had signs saying Happy Christmas to satisfy those who don't believe in Jesus. Christmas, CHRISTmas is a religious holiday, and if you want to celebrate it you should embrace everything that goes along with it. Then they interviewed random people on their views, and one man had the nerve to say "Not everyone is a Christian..." Christmas has nothing to do with being a christian. Christianity is a religion that is the bases of most other religions, and it urked me to hear that. People who aren't religiously educated shouldn't be able to voice their opinion on what they don't know. It's like if someone were to tell you not to go to a certain restaurant because they serve cold food, then you ask if they've ever been there and they say no. Gah, I feel like I'm just wasting my breath....
