When make-believe and reality clash

We know one We Got Married couple actually did hook up (Jun Jin & Lee Shi-young), but they weren't idols under a no dating-rule tyranny. Remember Taeyeon's coupling? Deftly put with someone no one would dream of taking for real. Seohyeon and Yonghwa? Still awkward, first and foremost. Ga-In and Jo-Kwon? More relaxed with eachother, plenty of sweetness, both idols, but definitely more silly than romantically convincing.
With Victoria and Nickhun the pretense lies in pretending there's NOT something real going on. I've grown up with social people, I've seen enough relationships in the making to know basic human nature.
Wait, did they go behind the bush to fool around? Clearly they nearly did ("let's lie down").
She cries when he's romantic, they talk about eachother to the PD without a hint of distance or irony. This is a classic Korean set-up date.
-- The only question left is if they should keep it hidden or hope no zealous fan kills them both. But how can they keep it hidden when they've got so many episodes left to do?
-- And are all the other idols looking at this and thinking "wait... finally a way to have a relationship with someone" ?
