Apop holiday song project
It's December, which means we get bombarded with the same old Christmas songs over and over again. Now I do have some Christmas songs I don't mind hearing every year, and there is an art to the holiday song that sometimes I just can't resist, just as with regular bubblegum. But like with regular bubblegum, sometimes I can't stand the lyrical content, and at other times it's just been heard too many times.
The solution? The same as with regular bubblegum. Listen to Apop equivalents! :D
So I'd like to propose a month-long snsd_ffa comm project: Hunt down those Apop holiday songs.
I've gone through and found the youtube videos for a shit-ton of Jpop, but I could definitely use some more Kpop or other! There's a Chinese group down below, and I found a "Christmas Chihuahua" Cantopop song, although sadly I could not locate a video clip for that one. Please, post your Apop songs in the comments!
And not just explicitly Christmas songs, either. As you can see below, I've taken the liberty of including songs that mention winter or snow. As our comm description says, sharing is caring, and it is the season!
Ultimately, I'll be compiling playlists out of the submissions: one for songs with that peppy holiday feel, one for the more somber ballads, and one for everything else.
