The story had Sasuke and Naruto as already a couple but Sasuke felt empty so he left to go search for his other family. A few weeks after Sasuke is gone, Naruto finds out that he is pregnant. Within this time Sasuke has found family in the mountains and plan on bringing them to Konoha except he meets this woman who is perfect Uchiha wife material so he starts having an affair and forgets about Naruto. Naruto either miscarries or has a still-born and is mourning the dead baby girl and his missing lover. Eventually Sasuke goes back to Konoha to get his things or to settle down with the other woman and sees how heart broken Naruto is and Naruto knows that Sasuke wont stay so he plans on shooting himself. However Sasuke barges in and surprises Naruto, who pulls the trigger and hits Sasuke. The story ends with Sasuke meeting his baby girl's grave.
