What I remember is Naruto is slave of orochimaru and i think population is made up vampires and their mates are for provide much needed blood to them. Orochimaru has many slave to feed himself after orochimaru's death only naru survived. Naruto find out Sasuke is supposed to take him mate but didn't take so se sent to orochimaru. Itachi is king vampire or something. he can't feed without killing them so only feed from sasuke. then they later found out Naruto has ability not die even feed Itachi and they rescued naruto. . . . . .
