My apologies to the rest of the world if you too are suffering the media circus that is the Royal Wedding today. But please, lend a thought to those of us living in the country, those of us who are anarchists or just Scottish. It's been a painful journey to this point and it will continue on for a good week after

I'm avoiding TV but all the comments spamming my FB page are enough to make me fed up with this xD (I don't really have anything against those two marrying, just... who cares) so I can imagine that up there must be way, way worse..

I understand your feelings. I turned on the radio in the morning but turned it right off again. This is just not for me. *bored*
Although German media gives us the impression that every British person is crazy about this wedding and talks about nothing else. Well, the German media lies. I knew that.

I feel you, even though I don't live in UK. I actually watched the wedding and saw all the people herding around the area. All I thought was, "Wow, life is going to be a bitch to those who don't give a damn! Why am I watching this. It's 4AM."

I almost ripped my hair off from all the Michael Jackson news and music marathons when he died. It continued for months. Goodness gracious, America.

Oh yes, I thought it was bad enough with the royal wedding here last year (not that it had anything against the couple, but man was it tiring to read and hear about it wherever you went) so I can only imagine what it must have been like in the UK the last few weeks. At least it's over now! Until the other prince decides to marry, I guess.
