I do understand why people have left the show behind and moved on to other things, and sometimes in the dead of night I will wake up in a cold sweat fearing that MAYBE I'M WRONG and it really will all end horribly auuuggghhhh -- but, I don't know, it's just so hard for me to abandon a fandom. :( (See: the fact that I watched all of RH S3 and still continue to play in fandom. Ahaha, my brain hates me.) But I'm glad this could rekindle a smidgeon of love, at any rate! -- because when it wants to be, the show is all about love and inspiration and human connectedness and d'awwwwww (um, okay, so possibly it hasn't been about those things since, say, the S2 finale, but I dwell in hope). I have to hope that all of my despair will somehow be rewarded. Plus -- and this probably seems like a silly thing to get excited about, because I think it's a point of annoyance for most people -- I think Lost does really really great new characters (still wrapping up S5, AND I LOVE EVERYBODY IN DHARMAVILLE SO MUCH. EVEN THE ONES I HATE), and I can't wait to see how that turns out this season (I mean, I doubt there will be a ton of new people introduced at the eleventh hour, but? More Frank? More Ilana? DO WANT).
