Perpetuating the meme isn't really necessary, but if you would like for me to choose some of your interests, just ask!
Comment on this post. I will choose seven interests from your profile and you will explain what they mean and why you are interested in them. Post your this along with your answers in your own journal so that others can play along.
1. cake ∞: To the uninitiated -- that is, those people with better things to do than obsess over American Idol for months on end -- this may seem to be a pretty odd interest to have listed. To those of us in the know, however, it represents the greatest thing in RPS since, well, ever. Even if you don't follow AI, you've probably heard mention of the beatboxing sensation that is
Blake Lewis. Add to that mix the southern charm of
Chris Richardson, and you have a recipe for CAKE!! Individually, they are awesome, but together, they are freaking orgasmic.

I've never been much into RPS before, so this is all new and exciting to me. I can't help it, they're just so adorable! And totally
about to make out with each other!
2. carlton lassiter: My Psych boyfriend! Boy, but he's adorable -- in a curmudgeonly sort of way. On the outside he is
hardcore and intense, and on the inside he likes to
feed ponies. Oh, what a tumultuous double life he leads! No, but really, he is hot and hilarious, he makes Shawn/Lassiter possible, and he gets the best Psych-Out.

And, gosh, I just have to be forthcoming with the YouTube clips... But, seriously, this scene is so amazing and just sums up everything I love about Lassiter -- vulnerable, volatile, and some-synonym-for-sexy-that-starts-with-a-V-only-I-don't-think-such-a-word-exists.

3. will turner's hat: It's so flamboyantly fantastic! That for me is the real unifying factor of the first PotC movie -- all the hats.
4. tom jones: Okay, who doesn't love Tom Jones? I tend to pick a lot of my favourite music based upon how much fun it is to sing along with, and Tom Jones gets a 10 out of 10. Also, I hope I'm not the only one who does The Carlton Dance every time I listen to "It's Not Unusual."

5. coma guy: He unknowingly orchestrates romantic rendezvous for House/Wilson, and any contributor to the HoYay is worth being interested in.
6. jeopardy!: I have been experiencing a resurgence in Jeopardy! love as of late. Part of it is that it's pretty much the only show I can watch regularly while I'm here at school, and part of it is that I finally got around to reading Ken Jenning's
Brainiac. I sure did have a big crush on him back in the eleventh grade, didn't I? Oh, who am I kidding -- I still have a huge nerd!crush on KenJen. If you aren't checking out his
blog on a regular basis, you should add it to your reading list. He's like the new Wil Wheaton! And now I realize that I am digressing quite a bit from the topic at hand... Well, Jeopardy! is probably the one thing that I have watched consistently for, honestly, as long as I can remember, and Ken Jennings was the first thing that made me get fangirly about it.
7. good omens: It's one of my favourite books, but unlike a lot of the stuff that I read, I honestly feel like Good Omens is a book that would appeal to absolutely everybody ever. It's got danger, excitement, adventure, apocalypse, an ambiguously gay duo -- what's not to love? I recommend this book to everybody that I ever meet anywhere. Ever.
Now back to being productive. And by "being productive" I mean "sitting in front of my computer eating ramen and watching House/Wilson videos on YouTube."
