is it weird that whenever i'm walking or driving or...sitting at windows i see the lights on the street or in the parking lot turn off or on?
always when i'm driving right underneath them?? or eating at a restaurant the lights on the sidewalk or across the street turn off.
i'm not sure if i'm the only person that this happens to or if i'm the only person noticing lights turn on and off, but i think that it is weird.
...and maybe i notice it more because it weirds me out.
